UUCA - Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta | North Druid Hills, GE
Our voices never stop changing throughout our lives and aging can have a major effect on our vocal stamina, our range, and our tone. Since the human voice is such a personal instrument, people often feel uncomfortable with the changes and just stop singing. The goal of this lecture is to help people not only improve their voices and gain a deeper understanding of the voice, but to encourage folks to continue singing for their whole lives in a way that is fulfilling and meaningful. In this interactive lecture we will explore how to deal with these changes to maintain a strong and healthy singing voice throughout our whole lives. This workshop is geared towards singers 55 and over, but it is open to any inquiring minds.
