The After-Work Reset
About this Event
THE AFTER-WORK RESET
Release the day’s demands. Recharge your energy. Return to yourself.
Give yourself permission to pause after the workday.
The After-Work Reset is a welcoming Yoga experience designed to help release accumulated stress, regulate the nervous system and restore your energy. Through purposeful movement, breathwork, mantra and quiet internal reflection, you will create space between the demands of the day and the rest of your evening.
This is not about flexibility or performing each movement perfectly. It is an opportunity to listen inward, reconnect with your body and leave feeling more grounded, clear and renewed.
No previous yoga or Kundalini experience is necessary. All levels are welcome, and practices can be adapted to meet you where you are.

THE SACRED SPACE HOLDER: KIRA
Kira Anthofer is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher specializing in Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, lunar archetypes and Ayurvedic practices. Drawing upon her experience in embodied coaching and group facilitation, Kira creates a grounded, welcoming space where students can slow down, listen inward and become more aware of what is emerging within them. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is not about perfecting a pose—it is about cultivating the awareness to meet yourself exactly where you are.
With care for wherever you are… and space for what is ready to unfold.
