If you have already journeyed through the Somatic Enneagram Modules, this retreat offers the opportunity to deepen the work in a way that goes into lived embodiment.
This is a space for those who are ready to move into the next phase of their practice — to deepen their capacity for three-centered awareness, expand their inner witnessing, and engage more fully with the subtle nuances of their inner landscape.
The retreat is about applying and integrating what you already know on a deeper somatic level. It invites you to explore how the defenses you’ve become familiar with can be consciously worked with as a source of transformation.
Guided by Marion Gilbert, R.P.T., we will work with practices that expand your ability to hold presence in the body, heart, and mind simultaneously — cultivating a relaxed, compassionate awareness of all that arises.
You will engage in experiential work — movement, somatic inquiry, and guided inner practices — designed to bring the Enneagram’s wisdom alive in your lived experience. Walking the Enneagram symbol with music and movement will invite a sensing of your whole being that integrates what the mind alone cannot reach.
This retreat is intentionally intimate, limited to 20 participants, to create a safe container for personal facilitation and deeper inner work.
As Marion often says,
“We descend from the head to the heart and into the belly, witnessing the integration of our three centers. In this field of awareness, everything belongs equally, and the inner reconciler arises.”
**Attending Module 1,2,3 of the Somatic Enneagram is a prerequisite.
