Join us for an insightful discussion on the importance of empathy in all aspects of life, from the workplace to the home. Following the panel, a mini-workshop will allow attendees to dive deeper and get their remaining questions answered.

Steven G. Niehaus, MBA, CBI, CMAP, MAMI
Steve Niehaus is an M&A Advisor with Edison Business Advisors, specializing in the sale of privately held businesses. With extensive leadership experience in finance, service operations, sales, and marketing, Steve has held roles such as Executive GM for GE’s Global Business Services. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Arizona State University. Steve is a member of the Above Board Chamber.

Doni Landefeld, Ph. D., is the founder and CEO of Metamorphosis Coaching, which helps leaders and teams transform their performance and well-being through assessments, training, and coaching. She has served as President of her symphony board for 10 years and is a founding member of Taste of the Cape, which raises scholarship funds for high school students. Doni is also a regular contributor to Emotional Intelligence Magazine and enjoys performing music at BBMANN Performing Arts Center. She is a proud member of the Above Board Chamber. Dr. Doni is also a sponsor for this meeting.
Robert Mason PhD, is a retired Psychologist and former Field Director for Child Support Enforcement at the Department of Revenue. He is also the Founder and administrator of the popular Cape Coral Life Facebook page, which fosters community connections. Bob has had a distinguished career in public service, including roles in the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi and the intelligence and education fields.
Leslie Taylor, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She utilizes holistic and evidence-based practices to help individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, and neurocognitive disorders. She is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care to those suffering. She holds a Bachelor of Science in communications and public relations from the University of Tennessee and obtained her Bachelor and Master of Science in nursing from East Tennessee State University.
