"The 7 Colours of You" is a 7-part workshop series designed to help participants explore the connection between their energy, physical health, and emotions. No prior spiritual experience is required to attend.WORKSHOP SESSIONS & CONTENT
Each 3-hour session focuses on a specific "life colour" and its corresponding energy centre:
❤️Red (Root): Focused on feeling safe, grounded, and moving out of "survival mode".
🧡Orange (Sacral): Focused on emotional understanding and finding "flow".
💛Yellow (Solar Plexus): Focused on confidence, trusting your gut, and standing in your power.
💚Green (Heart): Focused on releasing old hurts to make space for kindness and love.
💙Blue (Throat): Focused on speaking your truth with ease.
🖤Indigo (Third Eye): Focused on clearing mental fog and improving clarity.
💜Violet (Crown): Focused on finding peace and understanding your place in the world.
SESSION STRUCTURE & BENEFITS
During each session, participants will connect with how colours affect the body, understand the reasons behind their moods and habits, and receive a live, mini-intuitive reading to assess their current journey.
Every session includes a complimentary light supper.
One attendee per session will be drawn to receive a free 1-hour aura reading, valued at $132.
