The 5th Annual Go All In For Mental Health Cold Plunge

Rewind Kingston’s annual cold plunge in the Hudson River returns to Kingston Point Beach 3/22 o raise awareness and support for mental health in the local community in memory and spirit of Cassidy Flood.

Participants do not have to go in the water to join: there are many people who prefer to stay warm and support from the beach.

Free donuts, warm drinks, and this year, saunas by big towel!!

Any funds will support LoveCass, a 501(c)(3) non-profit created by Rewind Kingston to support accessible mental health and wellness programming, distribute resources + coping skills to the community.
