Join us in person for a day full of vibes with delicious Lobster and Crab, and PLENTY of other mouthwatering eats! This FEST is all about REAL OLD SCHOOL doin' it with 'FINESSE!'—think fresh flavors, cool people, and an unbeatable atmosphere BY THE POOL...! Rock your best ALL-WHITE outfit and Swimwear and come hungry for good times and great eats. Music by: DJ Mystique, spinning the oldest and latest R&B, LINE Dancing and more! Lobster and Crab By: Rhythm Knights Caterers, PLENTY of other mouthwatering eats by: Down Home Delivery Caterers. All White and Swimwear Show by: Sanyika Model and Talent, in Pool and Poolside games, swimming relay competitions and much more, you can participate or you can just hang out, chill and watch all the fun!

Info: Lobster and Crab: One large Lobster Tail, One Snow Crab Leg, Small Red and Brown Potatoes, Grilled Corn on the Cob Ears, Salad. Allergies??? No worries because then there is ALL YOU CAN EAT Collards, Yams, Mac-n-Cheese, potato / macaroni salad, chicken, corn bread, desserts, (maybe ribs). Please NOTE: Some items are subject to change, but we will do our best to keep it tight!

Info: VIP Cabanas Available! They are $600 per Cabana, and hold 6 to 8 people (do the math and uncover big time savings!). This deal is EXTREMELY LIMITED!! They are NOT on this site, you must contact me to get them.... What bang do you get for your bucks? 1.) Guaranteed Seating with a great view of the event, first come first served, they are all reserved. 2.) Early Private Entrance into the Venue, (everyone else has to come in da uddah way...!!) 3.)Early access to all games/activities, 4.) PERSONAL Cabana Service Personnel (no need to go to the bar and wait in line for drinks!). Unfortunately Cabana Service Personnel will NOT deliver the food, you have to get that yourself! 5.) (POTENTIAL Bottle of Wine or Champagne Per Cabana, not sure, TBD) 6.) Also included with the VIP of 6 to 8 people, ALL your VIP's including yourself, will have FREE ENTRY to The Marquee House every Friday AND Saturday night for the rest of the Summer!
