4:30 pm : Pre-procession participant orientation at Green Anchors, 8940 N Bradford St
5:30 pm : Pre-procession line-up at Cathedral Park boat ramp parking lot
***6:00pm : Parade begins!*** Route goes through Cathedral Park to the Willamette River beach under the St Johns Bridge
~6:30pm : River ritual at the beach
~7:00pm : Parade returns through Cathedral Park to the boat ramp parking lot, followed by post-processional revelry for the living right next-door at the Green Anchors community pavilion, 8940 N Bradford St. (Green Anchors event entrance from boat ramp parking lot, ADA entrance from Bradford St).
