The 442's at Jack's Joint!

The 442's are the best band in town. 'Nuff said.
As tempting as it is to leave it at that, with enough people knowing the deal to fill the place up with just that information, we will include a little more information.
The 442's are three great jazz musicians (The Adam Maness Trio) along with three members of the St. Louis Symphony who combine to play songs written by Adam Maness, mainly. Some standards could be in there along with some compositions by the other musicians. But it's Adam's original pieces that are featured, and phew, are they something!
This band is fun. If you want to see symphony musicians in a setting that is anything but stuffy, this is your show. Adam likes to keep things loose and fun as he leads the band. These folks know each other so well that for them it's just a day in the sandbox having fun.
We are doing a bit more of a door charge on this simply because it is a very small room with six world class talented musicians playing who have to split the whole door. NO ADVANCED TICKETS WILL BE SOLD. Bring two $20's and throw them in the Golden Urn of Cultural Longevity when you get here, please. NO EXCEPTIONS.
$40 to get in.
Drinks are fine upstairs but please eat before or after downstairs.
Listening room environment; please chat downstairs.
