The TK5K 2026 is fast approaching
Welcome to the 3rd Annual TK 5K hosted by the Friends of Fernandina Skate Park. This race is held in memory of Terry Kelly, a father who had a heart attack at our 1st skate event in 2016.
The TK 5K will run a route similar to the Shrimp Festival Run, however, the last 100 yards will be the same steps that Terry took beforethat fateful traumatic event.
Early Entries are $30 for the 5K and Virtual 5K until August 14, 2026 at midnight. The 1 Mile is $12.
Late Entry fees are $35 from August 15, 2026 until August 21, 2026 at 6pm. Race day is $40
THE T SHIRT CUT OFF DATE IS MIDNIGHT AUGUST 14, 2026. DONT MISS OUT!
An ACTUAL SKATE BOARD award will be presented to the overall male and female. Top THREE in 10 year age groups, M & F in 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and over will receive an award made out of "retired" skateboard wood! How cool is THAT! Hit the link below
