SCHEDULE RELEASE PARTY HIGHLIGHTS
The Big Schedule Reveal
This is the moment we've all been waiting for! All performing troupes will learn their official Snow Day 20 time slots at the event.
Need a Schedule Change? Read This Carefully!
We've worked hard to curate this year's lineup for an unforgettable 26-hour experience. We understand that scheduling conflicts can happen, but the release party is the ONLY opportunity to request a schedule adjustment. No exceptions.
Schedule change requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Please attend the party prepared to discuss any scheduling conflicts.
Schedule Confirmations
Once the schedule is revealed, we ask all troupes to confirm their assigned time slot at the party.
Need a little more time to check with your troupe? The final confirmation deadline is Monday, November 16th at 10:00 PM ET, before the schedule goes public and ticket sales launch.
Out-of-Town Performers: We know not everyone can make it in person! We'll email out-of-town troupes their assigned time slots on the night of the release party so they can confirm remotely.

Unlimited practice rounds are allowed before a player begins their official rounds.
Players are responsible for paying for their own practice rounds. However, Eastern Palace Club will provide complimentary practice tokens with beverage purchases. Buy a drink and receive one free practice round!
Official Rounds
When you're ready to compete, notify a tournament organizer before beginning your official rounds. An organizer must observe and record your scores.

Any equipment malfunction will be addressed promptly by the tournament organizer. Follow the organizer's instructions if an issue arises during play.
