Kula for Karma fills critical gaps in our country's broken mental healthcare system by providing mindfulness-powered mental health programs to underserved youth and adults facing trauma, addiction and mental health conditions.
We do this by partnering with facilities like schools, hospitals, recovery centers, domestic violence shelters, the juvenile justice system and other spaces to meet people where they are.
Kula teaches a unique, scientifically-proven combination of breathing techniques, yoga movement, and mindful awareness practices shown to release trauma from the body, create new neural networks and patterns, and improve mental and behavioral health. Kula teaches people lifelong skills to change their trajectory.
We're raising money to support Kula's trauma-informed, somatic mindfulness-powered mental health programs for underserved youth and adults. If you can't join us on April 11, please consider making a donation!
