We’re hosting our 3rd Annual Business After Hours Summer Sendoff on August 27 at the Kane Center and THIS YEAR, we’re featuring a special ribbon-cutting for a specially-outfitted Meals on Wheels vehicle.
Thanks to a challenge grant from the United Way Foundation of Martin County and the generous participants at COA’s Pep Rally Gala in February, the Council on Aging Martin County has purchased a new Meals on Wheels truck.
In the air-conditioned comfort of the Kane Center on Salerno Road, Summer Sendoff guests will enjoy lite fare and interesting drinks in a casual atmosphere. It will be a perfect blend of professional networking with support for an incredible mission.
The fun starts at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, and continues until 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are only $20 and every guest will be automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to win a spectacular $400 gift card for a Staycation at the luxurious Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa. Donations will go to the Meals on Wheels program.
