The 31st Annual Denise Yvonne Giles Crimson & Creme Scholarship Ball

This year the event will take place on SUNY Brockport’s campus in the Union Ballroom. This is a formal event, and we invite you to come see our finalists compete for this year’s scholarship award.

This event is held in honor of Pi Beta Soror Denise Yvonne Giles, who passed away due to domestic violence.

This year’s theme, “Rooted in Soul: The Season of Becoming,” honors individuals and movements that reshaped their time particularly those whose impact emerged from the 1970s. The 1970s marked a pivotal era of progress, resilience, and reform following the Civil Rights Movement.
