The site took a bold turn in April 2024 when the business transitioned from a popular food-truck operation to its first brick-and-mortar storefront.
In October 2025, the torch was passed to Wayne Peiffer, a Marine Corps veteran and a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Under Wayne’s leadership, the restaurant has evolved into a full-service destination that honors its roots while pushing the boundaries of fusion comfort food.
