Produced and directed by Nathan Owens, The 3 Queens Tribute Show will take you back to the glory days of the Motown era. Lea Sweet, as Tina Turner, truthfully embodies the late superstar re-creating her energy, charisma and total command of the stage. Samantha Alexes pays tribute to her true inspiration and mentor, Aretha Franklin, and has been wowing audiences for nearly 30 years in Nevada and California casinos and showrooms. Our Diana Ross tribute performer is Stacy Carter who developed her love of Diana’s music from a young age in San Francisco. She has opened for many national acts and brings her sophisticated and nostalgic character to life on the stage. Musical Director Nathan Owens has assembled this all for you, along with a smokin’ 7 piece band that blows down all the greatest hits of The 3 Queens of Motown.

Lea Sweet as Tina Turner, Stacy Carter as Diana Ross, and Samantha Alexes as Aretha Franklin. Under the leadership of music director Nathan Owens and his red-hot 7-piece band, the 3 Queens of Motown Tribute Show takes to the stage with a Las Vegas style, fantastic, high-energy show that pays honor to 3 Queens of the music business: Tina, Diana, & Aretha.

If you like Tina Turner, you will love Lea Sweet. Lea is considered to be one of the top Tina Turner tribute artists in the entire country. When you see Lea dance and sing her way across the stage you will see why. Her first live concert was the Ike and Tina Turner revue, and she became so inspired by the show that Lea dreamed of becoming an entertainer and owning the stage like Tina Turner with her powerful vocals and dancing. Following a recent performance, a fan was heard telling Lea, “You are really Tina!”

Samantha Alexes rocks steady as she entertains sold-out audiences, paying tribute to Aretha Franklin (and sometimes Gladys Knight) with vocals that have wowed audiences in Las Vegas and more. After 30 years of performance experience, Samantha still holds dear to her heart her true mentor and music influence, Aretha Franklin.

The talented Stacy Carter pays tribute to the legendary Diana Ross. When Stacy takes the stage in her beautiful costumes, the ladies in the audience always give a loud round of applause. Besides a great voice, working the crowd is one of Stacy's gifts. Stacy has opened for Klymaxx (“The Men All Pause”) and Lakeside (“Fantastic Voyage”).

For over 40 years, 3 Queens music director Nathan Owens has been entertaining audiences all over the world, performing alongside superstar entertainers such as Stevie Wonder and Kool & the Gang, just to mention a few. Whether it’s vocals, guitar, keyboards, or drums, musician extraordinaire Nathan Owens never fails to get the party started. Nathan is well-known from performing with his family band, The Brothers Owens, which was the most popular Nightclub Dance band in the entire San Francisco Bay Area. The 3 Queens Tribute Show is backed by Nathan’s red-hot 9-piece show band that is made up of some of the best professional musicians to be found on the West Coast.

VENUE POLICIES

• All shows are 21+. Set times and ticket prices are subject to change, and sales are final.
• There is a two drink minimum per guest. Our menu has 15 wines in diverse styles and sophisticated non-alcoholic options. No outside beverages are allowed.
• Outside food is welcome. Food trucks are available most nights around Vasco Row, steps away from our venue. Check www.vascorow.com and www.altamontbeerworks.com for the schedule.
• Dancing is encouraged at Almost Famous, and usually takes place in front of the stage. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a completely unobstructed view to those sitting at bistro tables.
