Where: Kicking off at Sound Check Entertainment & Marching to Paulie’s Pub and Eatery. MEET AT PAULIE'S PUB and a shuttle will carry you over to Sound Check, no need to walk back for your cars.

Laissez les bons temps rouler! We’re kicking off the 2nd Annual Paulie’s Funk-a-Thon New Orleans-style with a festive 2nd Line Parade, and you’re invited to join the procession!
Led by the high-energy, soul-strutting Hot & Dirty Brass Band, this brisk, 10-minute musical march will take us right from the doors of Sound Check Entertainment to the party at Paulie’s Pub and Eatery.
What is a 2nd Line?
In New Orleans tradition, the "First Line" is the brass band leading the way—and the "Second Line" is YOU! Grab your parasols, wave your handkerchiefs, throw on your beads, and strut, dance, or walk along with us as we bring live horn heavy funk to the streets.
Whether you’re marching alongside the band or lining up to cheer us on, bring the 21 and over family, bring your friends, and help us turn a 10-minute walk into the ultimate block party. Once we reach Paulie's, keep the good vibes rolling all afternoon long for the full Funk-a-Thon celebration!
