Save the date for The 2nd Annual Stephen F. Austin Experience, happening Saturday, May 30th, 2026, at the Stephen F. Austin-Munson County Park, from 12pm-4pm. The Stphen F. Austin Experience showcases the activities provided to local schools during the schoolyear, but this event is open to the public.
Bring the family and participate in historic themed activities. Try your hand at writing with a quill dip pen, learn what it takes to service and fire a musket, see how a cannon crew safely prepares and fires the cannon, learn to play games from the time period, and many more hands on and educational activities.
