Love and Kindness Day is an annual mental health and wellness event taking place in Brooklyn on July 20th, 2024 from 10 am to 3 pm at Hillel Plaza in Flatbush.

This event is hosted by the Love & Kindness Wellness Foundation Inc, aimed at promoting positive mental health and well-being through acts of love and kindness.

We will feature a range of activities designed to encourage participants to engage in self-care and build connections with others.
