The Farmers Table brings the Durango Farmers Market community together for an after-hours evening in the courtyard at The Rochester Hotel.
We paired five local chefs—all familiar market faces—with five of our market farms and ranches. Each pairing created a custom tapas dish built around what’s actually being harvested in our valley right now. Because it’s a relaxed walking dinner format, you can taste each course, sip a local drink, and talk directly with the growers and chefs about how the dish came together.
Around the courtyard, we’ll also have a silent auction featuring items and packages donated by local businesses. All items will be on display so you can check them out in person, with bidding happening online right from your phone.
Every ticket purchased goes directly toward keeping the Durango Farmers Market running year-round—supporting our weekly Saturday markets, 2nd Saturdays on Main, educational programs, and local farm initiatives.
