The 2026 Women’s Workshop/Jams is a four-part Sunday series (Feb 15, Feb 22, Mar 1, Mar 8, 11 am–2 pm) led by Jean Fineberg and an all-women faculty, designed for intermediate and advanced women instrumentalists and vocalists who want to strengthen their improvisation, ensemble skills, and musical confidence in a supportive, women-centered environment. Each session features two simultaneous level-appropriate workshop/jam groups, where participants play through jazz, blues, R&B, and Latin standards, receive individualized coaching, rotate solos and vocal roles, and work with charts provided in advance. Players may attend individual dates or all four, and space is limited by instrument/voice to ensure balanced ensembles.To register, email Jean at [email protected] to confirm placement and reserve a spot. Once your placement is confirmed, you will receive a link to submit your tuition payment.
Dates: Sundays, February 15, 22, March 1 and 8 | Time: 11 am–2 pm
Tuition: $75 per session, $275 for all 4 sessions
