The Purple Reign Luncheon honors the significance of 'Purple,' the recognized color of domestic violence awareness, symbolizing hope, healing, strength, and the journey from surviving to thriving.
'Reign' reflects the honor and recognition of the EXcelevating Crown Jewels, domestic violence survivors who are precious and invaluable, like jewels in a crown.
'Luncheon' signifies the grandeur of the festive occasion with City Chic elegance serving as an extravagant gathering for our esteemed Crown Jewels to feast."

Roslande Burke, Healthcare Leader
Roslande Burke is an empathetic healthcare leader at Memorial Hermann Healthcare Systems, where her journey from insurance verification to Revenue Cycle Coordinator reflects her unwavering dedication, EXcellence, and perseverance. In one of the busiest Level 1 trauma facilities in the nation, she leads with precision and purpose, guiding a dynamic team responsible for the financial clearance of incoming patients while helping protect the hospital’s ability to serve the community with EXcellence.
A woman of deep faith, Roslande attributes her success to her relationship with Jesus Christ. Her life is a reflection of compassion, humility, and purpose, and she carries these values into every space she enters… from her home to her workplace and beyond. Her presence inspires, her leadership uplifts, and her words encourage all who encounter her.
A proud wife of 27 years and devoted mother of two daughters, Roslande is also a creative at heart who enjoys reading, dancing, and writing. She is currently working on a meaningful book focused on healing and restoring relationships between mothers and daughters...a testament to her commitment to wholeness and legacy.
