There are Three ways you can make a reservation at the Hampton Inn Pensacola Airport for The 2026 Embrace Summit , August 27-29, 2026:

1. Call the hotel directly: 850.478.1123, Press Zero, give the Front Desk Agent your Group Code: 90i.

1. Open the Hilton Honors App, choose the Hampton Inn Pensacola Airport location, then under “Special Rates”, type in the Group Code (90i) and it will show your special rate.

The Group Rates & Room Types are as follows:

2 Double Queen Bed Rooms (SXBL- Tub Only, No Sofabed)-$125.00

The Cut-off date for the discounted rate and block is: Thursday, July 30, 2026, by 11:59pm CST!

Discounted rates are not available after this date.There is a 7-Days prior to arrival cancellation policy (before 3:00pm CST) for reservations. Should you cancel after that date or time, you will incur a one-night stay charge.

Check-in: 3:00pm CST / Check-out: 11:00am CST.

Breakfast is included and served every day from 6:00am to 10:00am on the first floor near the Lobby.
