Mark your busy calendars and tell your friends now - The Ugly Sweater Walk/Run is back for another year of festive and *FREE* fun! 🎅🥳This event will take place on Sunday, December 21st starting at 9:00am. (Yes, we listened - the start time will be one hour later this year! 😴)
Activities start & finish by Hogan's Fountain in Cherokee Park. There will be 2.5-, 5-, and 7.5-mile road options. As always, this event is untimed & non-competitive. Walk or run...all paces are welcome!
Ugly sweaters aren't mandatory, but festive gear sure is encouraged. Jogging strollers and friendly, leashed doggos are welcome. Brooks will be on site with the newest shoes on the market to demo. There will be festive donuts/cookies, Berserker Brew coffee and tea, a hot cocoa bar, and more! And don't forget to hydrate after you get your seasonal sweat on - KorfEdge will be providing Gatorade and water! Free professional photos will be uploaded after the event, thanks to Pic.Rin and Run Louisville KY (join their Facebook group to snap your post run pics ASAP!). Group photo will be taken at the start, next to Hogan's Fountain, at 8:58am. 📸
This year's raffle will be starting at 10:30am in the pavilion across from Hogan's Fountain. No need to sign up. Just show up and grab a raffle ticket from one of our selfless elves. Let's make merry!! ⛄️🎉🙊
