Info: Your exploration of the Historic Haunted Emmaus Asylum begins with a 30 minute, guided, historic tour, hosted by tour guides, Ben and Mandy Johnson. Ben & Mandy, founders of EVMLC and property stewards, acquired the north side of the historic Emmaus property in October 2020. In December 2023, the main campus and Asylum were acquired. Now totaling 70 acres— the Historic Haunted Emmaus Asylum and surrounding 9 historic, German limestone buildings, along with 7 modern buildings, and an 1850 historic cemetery— Emmaus Village is stewarded by Emmaus Village of Marthasville Land Conservancy, (EVMLC)— a non-profit organization founded by the Johnsons. Info: GATES OPEN AT 6:30PM. Pre/ Post- Tour Festivities consist of live music, adult beverages, concessions, bon-fire, and artisan vendors. GATES CLOSE AT 10:00PM.
