ReMind U Exhale Summit 2025 💜is a transformative three-day experiential learning event designed to help women step away from their daily responsibilities and focus on strategies to prevent burnout🧘🏾‍♀️ and break free from the cycle of chronic stress and overload. 💜 Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Kristie and her team have curated this unique experience to provide tools and insights 💡 for cultivating preventative mental wellness practices and guiding women in restructuring their lives as they enter the new year, aligning their actions with their core values. 🌟 It’s a whole vibe! 💃🏽🧘🏾‍♀️🙏🏾💅🏾💆🏼‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🥂🤸🏿‍♀️🎤
Participants will collaborate to create a personalized, sustainable mental wellness vision plan ✍🏾 , engaging in hands-on activities that support both the development and long-term success of their plan. 💫 Throughout the year, women will be paired into "Sister Circle" groups for ongoing support, ensuring they have the community and accountability needed to stay on track.
At the close of 2025, a celebratory gathering 🥳will take place to honor and reflect on the progress made toward achieving their mental wellness goals, marking the culmination of a year of reclamation and transformation 💪🏾 .
