DO YOU LOVE THE SPIRIT OF HALLOWEEN? DO YOU WANT TO COMPETE IN A MORE LAID BACK ENVIRONMENT AND MAYBE SHOW OFF YOUR BEST COSTUME? THEN THIS IS THE EVENT FOR YOU. THIS IS A HALLOWEEN THEMED COMPETITION. COSTUMES ARE NOT REQUIRED, HOWEVER THEY ARE ENCOURAGED! IN ADDITION TO THE PODIUM FINISHERS, THERE WILL BE A PRIZE AT THE END OF THE EVENT FOR THE TEAM WITH THE BEST COSTUME! (VOTED ON MY EVENT STAFF AND JUDGES)
THIS EVENT WILL HAVE THREE DIVISIONS, MALE/MALE, FEMALE/FEMALE OR MALE/FEMALE. THE MONSTER MASH IS DESIGNED TO BE A FUN, APPROACHABLE EVENT. THIS MEANS YOU WON’T SEE ANY HIGH LEVEL GYMNASTICS LIKE MUSCLE UPS, PISTOLS, HANDSTAND WALKS, ETC. THE WEIGHTS WILL ALSO BE MANAGEABLE FOR THE MAJORITY OF SKILL LEVELS. THAT SAID, SCALING IS ABSOLUTELY ALLOWED (SEE BELOW)
