Two Days: Fri Jun 19, 12-2pm: Kick-off the National Holiday with a lunch-hour opening ceremony at Watertown City Hall with special musical and speaking guests. Sat Jun 20, 12-6pm: Community Festival at Watertown NY's Historic Thompson Park with light vending, powerful guest speaking, music, arts and more!
