March 19 (Wednesday), The Whitmore Recital Hall, the MU School of Music
7:00pm Edward Auer Piano Solo Recital at the Rogers Whitmore Recital Hall in the Fine Arts Building of the MU School of Music.
March 20 (Thursday), First Baptist Church in Columbia
7:00pm Chien-Kwan Lin Saxophone Recital at the First Baptist Church of Columbia. Tickets $25/$5 are available for purchase at the door.
March 21 (Friday), Master Classes, Outreach, and Ida Kavafian Violin Concert
TBA - Chien-Kwan Lin Saxophone Master Class
ca. 9:45am (TBA) - Odyssey Music@CPS with a Semi-Finalist ensemble
12-2pm Edward Auer Piano Master Class - Whitmore Recital Hall (WRH) at the Fine Arts Building (FAB) of the MU School of Music, sponsored by Mid-Missouri Area Music Teachers Association (MMAMTA). Admission Free.
2-ca. 3:30pm Ida Kavafian Violin Master Class - Sheryl Crow Hall at the Sinquefield Music Center (SMC) of the MU School of Music, sponsored by Mid-Missouri Area Music Teachers Association (MMAMTA). Admission Free.
3pm - Odyssey Music@Lenoir Woods present TBA. Admission Free.
6pm Competition Commencement (ca. 15 min/private event) at the First Baptist Church of Columbia
7pm Violinist Ida Kavafian in recital with pianist Peter Miyamoto. Tickets $25/$5 are available for purchase at the door.
9pm+ Competition Commencement for Late Registration (6pm+)
March 22 (Saturday), 9:30am-5pm at First Baptist Church
Plowman Semi-Finals. Tickets $25 General Admission are available for purchase at the door.
March 23 (Sunday), 1:30pm Finals at the Missouri Theatre
10:30am-11:30am Plowman Brunch with the Judges for the Semi-Finalist Ensembles at Eleven Eleven.
1:30pm Plowman Finals Concert (5 ensembles) & Award Ceremony at the Missouri Theatre, 203 S Ninth St. Tickets $30/$10 are available for purchase at the Missouri Theatre.
6pm+ Reception for the Plowman Laureates, the Judges, and the select audiences, at the MU Chancellor's House
Tickets will be available for purchase online beginning August 1. They are also available for purchase at the door.
