That’s What She Said - Album Release Show!
9:00pm
Formed in Athens, Georgia in 2003, That’s What She Said is anchored by the cerebral, psychedelic, and sometimes sweet influences from Radiohead, Pearl Jam, and Dave Matthews inherent in vocalist/guitarist Morgan Parham’s songwriting, augmented by pounding, complex rhythms and riffs from the punk, metal, and garage rock roots of drummer Brady Smith, bassist Mike Smith (no relation), and guitarist Dan Marcec.
If you thought the 90s were gone, they are. If you want a revue of the era’s rock n’ roll influences compressed and reimagined with a fresh, modern lens, look no further than That’s What She Said. Though a smattering of videos and songs may be found in various depths of the internet, the band’s first official full-length album, “6.7,” was released in early 2026 and is now available on all streaming services.
Nate Brown, close friend of the band and current guitarist in Secret Band with Mike and Dan, will be joining the band on stage as a multi-instrumentalist.

Strokin’ It: Celebrating 25 Years of The Strokes
7:45pm
Conceived during the Athens, Georgia, cover band boom of the early 2000s, Strokin’ It has reunited for ONE SHOW ONLY to celebrate 25 years of the greatest rock band of the 21st century.
Anticipate songs from the band’s entire catalog, with an emphasis on the earlier, iconic records that placed The Strokes in the spotlight as the face of the garage rock resurgence of the aughts (retroactively dubbed “indie sleaze”).
---
The Young Frankensteins
6:45pm
A raggedy bunch of Annes and Andys trying their best to keep Athens, their beloved hometown, weird. Having cut their teeth playing covers in bars and at events like PorchFest and Athens Business Rocks, TYF recently went into the studio to work on their first album, a prog-rock space opera based on the Neal Stephenson novel, Seveneves and Rush's 2112, slated for release later in 2026.
