This is a classically styled Vouvray. Pale lemon in color, it has a nose of green apple, pear and white blossom, with hints of lemon citrus. Dry and medium bodied, it offers vibrant acidity with a steely texture. Underlying minerality persists through the entire length of the taste.

Delightful dark berry and pomegranate notes laced with earth and cola are dominant in this dry, but fruity, fresh and supple organic and biodynamic Pinot Noir.
