Join us on the Eastern Trail behind the SMHC Hospital in Biddeford for a special Thanksgiving day parkrun! Gather at 8:45 for a 9am start.
As always, our event is free and open to everyone interested in walking, jogging or running our 5k course. We regularly welcome participants as young as 7, as old as 87, parents pushing strollers and dogs on leashes - you can bring the whole family! Volunteers to assist with the operations of the event are also very much appreciated!
