Quality at The Co-op A taste of all of our HOUSE-MADE & ORGANIC holiday offerings. No shortcuts or mass-produced foods. Our offering is all made by our deli team who perfect dishes inspired by their own family recipes and this year, our focus was providing the highest quality ingredients. This includes responsibly raised, amazing quality turkey from Niman Ranch or a vegan roast made from scratch, all organic produce across all dishes, and all other ingredients such as spices and oil are 98% organic*. Plus, try our holiday selection of wines from our Specialty Department!

Tickets are only $7 per person for a small plate and wine tasting.

Choose a time slot that works for you between 4:30pm - 5:30pm. The tasting will be approximatly 20 minutes.

Turkey Roast Feast Organic Menu

Our menu features a Diestel Family Ranch ORGANIC & LOCAL fresh (never frozen) perfectly roasted, turkey breast, buttery classic sourdough stuffing, smooth, decadent mashed potatoes, our famous bacon Brussels sprouts with a vinaigrette glaze, creamy mushroom gravy, not too sweet, complimenting cranberry sauce, local Village Bakery dinner rolls, & pie options.

Vegan Roast Feast Organic* Menu

Our vegan menu features a delicious vegan roast made from scratch plus, buttery classic sourdough vegan stuffing, our famous vegan mashed potatoes, creamy vegan mushroom gravy, not-to-sweet decadent citrus-glazed vegan sweet potatoes, not too sweet & complimenting vegan cranberry sauce, local Village Bakery vegan dinner rolls, & house-made vegan pumpkin pie.

All dishes are made from scratch with love in our kitchen and the dinner rolls at Village Bakery’s Davis bakery.

*For our house-made vegan roast, we were unable to source organic vital wheat gluten which is the 3rd ingredient in the roast. However, 98% of the rest of the ingredients are all organic including the chickpeas, vegetable broth, rosemary, garlic, sage, onion, and tamari.
