Meet up at the Lagoon Picnic Area, get there a few minutes early. We'll start right at 9AM so that we can be back and done by 10AM, we have mapped out a 3 mile loop. No challenges or fitness tests along the way, keeping this one simple. Just a hike in the woods with some sort of weighted object.
This is a FREE meetup. No registration required. Just don't be late, we will start on time to make sure we are back on time.
