Join us for a special Thanksgiving yoga class that will nourish your body, mind, and spirit. This 75-minute class will guide you through a gentle and fluid vinyasa flow that focuses on expressing gratitude and will end with a blissful savasana accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls.
This class is suitable for all levels and a portion of the proceeds from the class will be donated to the Federal Point Help Center. $20 donation, Salty Tribe members save 50%.
