Thanksgiving Flow

Start your holiday in gratitude and movement. This special Thanksgiving Flow blends gentle heat, accessible sequencing, and a soothing savasana to help you land in your body and open your heart before the day’s festivities.
Class is donation-based and 100% of proceeds will be donated to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, supporting our neighbors across the state.
All levels are welcome—bring your family! Children ages 10+ may attend with a parent or guardian.
Expect mindful breathwork, a steady feel-good flow, and a few moments of reflection to set a grateful tone for the day 💛
