� THANKSGIVING DINNER AT OUR HOME (ESTRELA, LISBON)**Dear Lisbon Community,**
We’d love to invite you to a cozy and heartwarming **Thanksgiving Dinner** - an evening of delicious food, meaningful stories, and soulful connection. ���
Having both lived in the **United States**, Thanksgiving holds a special place in our hearts. It’s more than a holiday - it’s a moment to pause, give thanks, and share abundance with those around us.
Every season, we gather people from all over the world -
travelers, locals, dreamers, and friends - to share food made with love and ingredients chosen with care.
This evening is about **gratitude, presence, and connection**. During dinner, we’ll invite everyone to reflect and share **one thing they feel grateful for** this year - a person, a moment, or a lesson that touched their heart. �
� The Menu
� **Oven-Roasted Turkey** - marinated with tamarind, tomato, spices & herbs.
� **Basmati Rice** - long-grain, fluffy, and gently spiced.
� **Grilled Autumn Vegetables** - colorful, earthy, and full of flavor.
� **Apple & Pumpkin Crisp** - warm and comforting, served with vanilla ice cream.
� **Night Blend Tea** - to end the evening softly.
All dishes are prepared with care on our home gas stove, using **mostly organic, alkaline ingredients** - following the **Seven Bites philosophy** of nourishment, simplicity, and love.
� The Experience
We’ll gather in our cozy home and private garden in **Estrela, Lisbon** - a peaceful space where flavors, laughter, and stories flow easily. Expect warmth, good energy, and the feeling of being home - even if you’re far away from yours. ��
