Rhythm and Rootz is a ceremonial dance practice committed to bringing the power of ceremony back to every community. Through music and dance we are reminded of the indigenous within us all and will be inspired to restore the balance and return to harmony. Harmony within ourselves, nature and each other. On Thanksgiving Day we will dance in harmony with the indigenous principles of an Honorable Harvest such as: ask permission, take only what you need, use everything, share and be grateful.
