Start your Thanksgiving Day by immersing yourself in the beauty of Pennypack’s fields and trails. Along the way, we’ll pause to reflect on gratitude and explore gentle yoga poses that stretch the mind, body, and spirit.Please wear sneakers or hiking shoes, dress in warm layers, and bring your yoga mat. This mindful hike is suitable for all levels (kids welcome!) and will last approximately 1–1.5 hours.
