Move your body, south your mind and center yourself in your heart with us thanksgiving morning at Infusion. Jenn Peterson will lead us through a grounding, heart centered movement practice accompanied by the etherical sounds song by Matt Hess and Scott Wright. Followed by breath work and a deeply soulful sound journey. 9-11 am Thursday November 27th at Infusion.
Suggested donation $22. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
