Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway - Limited to 5 Families!

Join us this Thanksgiving season as we spread joy and support to our community by giving away Thanksgiving baskets to five families in need. Please read the details carefully before submitting your interest.

Important Details to Note:

• Submission does not guarantee selection. We will review all submissions and choose five families who will receive a basket.
• To be considered, please fill out our Google Form Questionnaire (Click here for the link). The form helps us understand each family’s needs and will be required for your entry.
• Attendance Requirement: Recipients must attend church on the day of the giveaway at 10:30 am. This is an opportunity to gather as a community, and the baskets will be distributed to those present at the service. This is not a simple pick-up-and-go giveaway.

How to Enter:

2. Complete the Google Form (Google Form Link Here).
3. Mark your calendar to attend church on the event date at 10:30 am.
