Thanksgiving Cookie Decorating Class

Level: Beginner

In this beginners level in-person cookie decorating class, we will learn how to decorate 6 Thanksgiving-themed cookies using royal icing. At the end of the class, you will walk away with all the cookies you decorated and a royal icing recipe to try at home. This class is great for bakers who want to learn a new skill or anyone who wants a fun activity to do with friends! *This event is BYOB so feel free to bring something to sip on if you'd like!

We will go through each cookie step by step, showing different techniques with tips and tricks to finish with a beautiful look set of cookies. Kids under 16 y/o must be accompanied by a paying adult (2 tickets must be purchased).

Techniques taught in class will include:

• how to cut and use tipless piping bags
• how to use different icing consistencies
• how to outline cookies
• how to flood cookies
• how to use "wet-on-wet" techniques
• pressure piping
• how to flood separate sections to create dimensional details

I understand that things come up in life that are unexpected. If you need to cancel your ticket, I can offer a full refund (minus the Eventbrite fee) up to 3 days prior to the scheduled class. After that timeframe, I unforunately cannot offer a refund. All cookies & materials are prepared within those 3 days prior to a class and I do not get the time and materials back if someone cancels or does not show up for the class.
