Thanksgiving Cookie "Pie" Slice Decorating Class

Come learn how to decorate cookies with Mandy Metts and leave with a full platter of extra large sized decorated cookies that look like yummy slices of pumpkin, pecan, blueberry and cherry pie!

The cookies will fit nicely on a platter than can be used for serving for Thanksgiving. I will tell you how to preserve your cookies if you want to keep them for the holiday! Serving platter and box included!

Class price includes LARGE baked cookies for decorating, pre-mixed royal icing, serving platter with box, and a goody bag of several piping tips, bags, & tools! You will also get a copy of my cookie and icing recipe.

In class we will cover the basics of baking, decorating, icing consistency, and how to outline and flood. We will be learning how to use different piping tips to achieve different textures of icing.
