Thanksgiving Cacao Ceremony

Cacao is a communicty medicine that allows us to share and receive gratitude and acceptance to create connections to one's self and others with ease.

The serving of the cacao will be followed by a guided meditation that will help you connect your mind and your body using your breath. Then once this connection is established we will emerge into the spirit real under the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gongs. Let go of stress and tension as you embark on a journey of relaxation, imagination and inner peace.

At the end we will draw Oracle cards and share about our experiences during the sound bath.

No experience is necessary, just bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Dress comfortably. Cups will be provided but you are welcomed to bring your own.

Please arrive at least 10 min early to have time to settle in before we begin. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and water.

Checkin begins at 6:30 pm. Doors close at 7:00pm. No entry after that.
