Black Friday Unwind: Sound Bath

After a day of noise, crowds, and endless to-do lists, come home to stillness.

This 60-minute evening experience offers the perfect antidote to the frenzy of Black Friday. We’ll begin with 20 minutes of gentle, restorative yoga to unwind tight muscles, slow the breath, and release the buildup of holiday tension. Then, let go completely as a 40-minute live sound bath with crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes restores calm to your nervous system and peace to your mind.

Step out of the holiday rush and into resonance. Bring family or friends, or take this time just for you—an hour to reset, rebalance, and remember what matters most.

All levels welcome. Mats, bolsters, and blankets provided. Class ends with hot tea.
