ALL BOXES HAVE BEEN CLAIMED. HOWEVER, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PLACED ON A WAITLIST, PLEASE REGISTER BELOW.Faith Baptist Church is blessed to offer 20 Thanksgiving Boxes to families in need, each including a turkey and all the fixings. If you or someone you know could use this blessing, please click and complete the registration form. Only one box per family.

PICK-UP INFORMATION
Saturday, November 23: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Sunday, November 24: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Location: Faith Baptist Church, 4601 N. Market St, Champaign
WAITLIST: Any unclaimed boxes after 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 24 will be given to families on our waitlist.
NEED DELIVERY? If you are unable to pick up your box due to transportation issues or physical disability, we can arrange delivery for you.
Please indicate if you need delivery and provide your address. All deliveries will be made on Sunday, November 24 after the general pickup time.
