Join the Holland Farmers Market in giving back this Thanksgiving season! Bring in a healthy, non-perishable food item to donate to the Community Action House Food Club each Market day between November 1 and November 22 for a chance to win a gift basket from the Holland Farmers Market and $100 in Market Bucks gift certificates! You can enter to win each day you drop off a donation.We're helping our good friends at Community Action House stock the shelves at their Food Club, to ensure no one in our community goes hungry this holiday season! You can help by bringing in an item off their list of most needed foods to donate at the Holland Farmers Market on a Wednesday or Saturday. With the federal government shutdown affecting SNAP benefits, our neighbors need our support now more than ever before.
Each person who makes a donation will receive one entry into our Holland Farmers Market Basket Giveaway! The basket is filled with Market merchandise and $100 in Market Bucks gift certificates. Just bring your donation to the front desk inside the Civic Center vestibule and give it to the Market staff for your entry form.
Want to enter the contest but forgot an item to donate? You can also purchase Market Bucks ($5 minimum) for an entry into the contest. We will donate all Market Bucks that are purchased to CAH to help them stock the Food Club with fresh produce and locally-made foods!
A contest winner will be drawn on Monday, November 24 and will be contacted by phone and/or email.
