🪷 Diagnose an individual’s state of dosha (disease tendency), and learn the techniques to best balance each dosha
🪷 How to assess and treat the Ayurvedic tri-gunas, known as tamas (stagnation and delusion), rajas (action and desire), and sattva (peace and harmony). How to integrate diets, lifestyle and yoga practices to promote sattva. When sattva dominates, our internal life compass returns to accuracy and self-healing becomes effortless
