THAI RESTORE BLISS – A THAI MASSAGE + RESTORATIVE YOGA PRACTICE SUNDAY APRIL 14TH, 4:45-6:15PMJoin Amrita for an hour and a half of deep rest and rejuvenation.
In this workshop you’ll be guided through long held restorative postures to soothe and relax your mind and body, then massaged into a deep delicious bliss using Thai Yoga Massage techniques.
Thai yoga bodywork and massage focuses on improving and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body and combines dynamic-assisted stretching influenced by yoga with physical pressure applied along energy lines influenced by Chinese acupuncture and Ayurveda.
Amrita is trained in Thai Yoga Massage and comes with years of experience and is looking forward to sharing some hands on healing.
