Chef COCO will teach creative traditional Thai dishes using fresh, vegan gluten-free ingredients. Discover the secrets behind the perfect balance of sweet, sour, salty & let us not forget spicy flavors that make Thai food so irresistible and provide you with the opportunity to prepare and taste a variety of authentic dishes, while also offering tips and techniques for recreating them at home. Due to limited seating & upfront costs of food & preparation, our baking & cooking class events are FINAL SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE. You are welcome to have someone come in your place if you are unable to attend. Additionally, as you know, this class will take place in our Vegan Gluten Free dedicated kitchen.
